Finding the Question

Students were given the answer to a math question. They were asked to write questions that could possibly match the answer.



Mean, Median. mode and Range

Students did a mean, median, mode and range project. They looked up 3 cities on today's weather.com.  They found the weekly forecast and found the mean, median, mode and range for all of them.  Lastly, the students compared the climates.

Math Stations




Order
 of Operations and Distributive Property are difficult concepts, but the kids made them look easy. These were some of their math stations.
Math Notebook- students use rapp to explain math problems.
Distributive Property basket game.  Students picked one problem and had to explain them in words.
Students created a video explaining pemdas.

Matching algebraic expressions game.

Students making word problems seem simple.
